 The Oak Valley Estate measures 1784 hectares in extent and has 5 operating divisions:
Fruits Flowers Beef Cattle Wines Hospitality
350 hectares of apples and pears which are packed by the Two-a-Day Group Limited and marketed through Tru-Cape Fruit Marketing, where the Oak Valley operating company has a substantial financial interest.

16 hectares of greenhouse cut flower production as well as a wholesaling arm with the well known brand Oak Valley Flowers, now the largest supplier of fresh cut flowers in the Western Cape, including the Woolworths account.

Gourmet Meats
583 hectares of sub-clover and grass pastures which are dedicated to the production of naturally reared beef with some 250 breeding cows.

30 hectares of vineyards for quality wine grape production, with the modern generation of vineyards dating from 1985 to the present time. The first wine produced under the Oak Valley label was the 2003 Sauvignon Blanc.
